Junkluggers made it easy. I had some items that were too much for my pick-up truck, and were too heavy for me to do by myself anyway. One call and one day later they showed up on time, put the stuff into the truck and took off. Fee was minimal and so worth it. Saved me time and a sore back.

The process was simple to schedule. They arrived on time and even told me which thrift store my no longer wantd furniture would be donated to. I like that it would not end up in the dump.

Do not leave feedback ever but wanted to make sure to shout out the "Junkluggers" who did work for me. I even wrote down their names but misplaced it. I included the only order # I could find (Invoice/Receipt: 23331) because I really want the guys to get some recognition for great service if possible. I estimated a half truck when I made the appointment and it kept adding up to the appointment date. The older of the two JL employees handled most of the customer service interaction and he was great. I showed him the pile of stuff and he explained it may have to be a two truck job. (Totally understood, and was fair) Not only did they move so quickly (3rd floor apartment, no elevator) they loaded the truck very efficiently and got every item to fit into one. Totally could have tossed it full and said they would need me to get additional services but instead put in some extra help for the customer and made it fit. I loaded a box of junk badly and had some powder fall out on the way down the stairs. I insisted I sweep it up since it was my bad packing that caused the mess. When I went down to take care of it after they left, JL had already made it disappear. Overall they were both professional, friendly and seemed to exceed responsibilities. Overall interaction with Junkluggers throughout the experience was good too. Friendly and helpful phone interactions, quoting etc. I do not want this to be a shared review or anything please. Just wanted to be give some credit where due to some employees who facilitated a good experience during a stressful time.
